APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
To: Chief Executive Officer
I hereby apply for membership to CATRA and agree to be bound by the terms of the constitution. I tender the entrance fee of R25,00 plus the Annual Subscription Fees of R600.00 per establishment. The annual subscription does not include costs incurred by the Association for the representation of members in labour disputes. Members should contact the CEO or Mr. J Michaelides should they require representation in labour disputes.
